[10th Edition - MYC] Inviting Team Members + Excluding Tags
Good afternoon everyone!
Welcome back to the journey of building the future of higher ed social media intelligence.
Thank you for following along. If you're new here, the purpose of this newsletter is to keep y'all informed on what's working & new, and the occasional ask for feedback to help shape the product further.
This week flew by — I looked at the calendar and couldn't believe it's nearly over. It's the Super Bowl this Sunday, which I can't lie, because the Lions aren't in it I could not care less. HOWEVER, Chipotle is giving away free Chipotle through an Instagram reel they're posting in the 3rd quarter. So best of luck to y'all, as that will be my Super Bowl.

WHAT’S NEW
Invite Team Members To Your Account
You are now able to invite team members to your account! You can add members as:
Editor: Your student workers, assistants, or anyone who only needs access to collaborate and edit content.
Researcher: Those who will need access to content research.
Moderator/Admin: Full-fledged access to the platform.

Exclude Content Types
Previously, there was no easy way to include or exclude content based on its tags. We've introduced a new field that lets you exclude all posts with certain Reach Tags. If you're tired of seeing athletic content or want to drill down to specific tag combinations, it's now significantly easier to filter your view and focus on the content that matters most. This has been one of the most requested changes, so excited that this is live!

Must Haves In Reports?
Behind the scenes, we've gotten connecting accounts working. Designers are currently working on reporting. What are your must-haves? What charts, customizations, etc.? Which data points do you look at the most?
As always, I appreciate you all for your help so far. I'm very excited to keep this going. Be on the lookout on Fridays for my quick updates.
We're always seeking your valuable advice and feedback. If you have any insights, thoughts, or ideas that you believe can contribute to our growth, we're all ears.
Thank you, once again, for being a part of our journey.
Best regards,
Blake
